Born into a life of adventure across Africa, Europe, and beyond — MMEA Studio is the creative expression of a bond forged in the red dust of the savannah and sealed between continents. Now rooted in Malibu and Paris, we bring that same wild, boundless imagination to every design we touch.
The name carries everything we are. Rooted in Africa, where we spent our childhood running through the bush and watching sunsets paint the Rift Valley gold. Growing always — across every continent, every culture, every new place we called home. And blooming now, together, turning a lifetime of shared wonder into designs that feel alive.
The vision behind MMEA Studio. From concept to final production, she leads every project with an eye for detail shaped by a childhood spent absorbing the patterns, textures, and colors of East Africa. Now based in Malibu, where the studio calls home, she brings a refined yet adventurous sensibility to custom design — always free, always personal.
An incredibly talented artist whose hand sketches give MMEA its soul. Working from Paris, she brings a raw, tactile artistry that no digital tool can replicate — the kind of imperfect perfection that turns a simple design into something you want to hold onto. Her illustrations are the heartbeat of our “Fatto a Mano” pieces.
Not everyone gets to build something with their best friend. We grew up sharing bunk beds on safari trucks, splitting sketchbooks on long flights, and finishing each other’s drawings before we could finish each other’s sentences. MMEA is the natural extension of a bond forged across continents and a childhood that never quite settled down. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
